Wont open! Love the app and the news 12 team but I cant use the app! Help!

I downloaded the traffic app months if not a year ago when it first came out. I used my comcast credentials and it would not work. Fast forward to now, when trying to log in to the weather app and it tells me I should have received a confirmation email when I first signed up, which I did not but even if I did and I deleted said email give me an option to have another email sent. What a PITA.

The news12 weather app that Ive used for the past two years or so has been an invaluable tool as I frequently work outside. Suddenly about two months ago I was unable to login. Invalid login or unauthorized user would come up. Theres been no change to my optimum account. A coworker has also experienced this for the last two months. Ive deleted and reinstalled the app almost every week since it stopped working. Ive also tried the app on other phones. I love this app! PLEASE bring back an old version or fix the current version. As it stands the current version is less than one star.

Weather clips wont play anymore. Other than that its a pretty good local weather app. The only one I use. Weather channel and Weather Bug have too much crap loaded in them. Please fix the video clips.
