Utterly useless

All this app ever shows is the opening screen with its logo. Ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, etc. It never does anything. Ive had it open so long that my iPad shut down while waiting for it to respond. Whats the point of an app that does NOTHING?

Btw, I am a Cablevision user so my problem is different than that of Comcast users.

App support is a joke, too. Ive never gotten a response. It bounces you to a general News12 contact page. Theres no option for app support and general tech support doesnt respond to emails.
